Hands on experience in PC networking including but not limited to hardware, cabling, installation, and network management.
Hands on experience in PC hardware architecture, parts, assembly, and troubleshooting.
Hands on experience in operating system of Windows family (especially Windows XP, windows 7 and Windows Server 2003/2008) and common used application software such as email client and internet browser.
