• Experience in hospitality is a must (min. of 8 to 10 years)

• Providing commercial and financial inputs to the formulation of operational
strategies and action plans
• Indonesian, impeccable written and oral English
• Experience in hospitality is a must (min. of 8 to 10 years)
• International Accounting qualifications

GUEST EXPERIENCE MANAGER

• Assisting in a wide variety of tasks in order to increase efficiency and
effectiveness of the Chief Experience Officer function
• Consolidating and distributing quality assurance reports including audits and
guest comments
