The ideal candidate will be experienced in the tourismbusiness, capable of managing a team of guides and drivers, able to motivate staff, develop new product, and be able to travel from time to time.

- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- An eye for detail
- Great organization skills and time management
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
