- Strong understanding of surf business
- Have strong communications and leadership skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills, and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Financial related to nature of role
- Excellent computer skills [ Word & Excel ]
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Willing to travel around the globe
