L Hotel Seminyak, part of L Hotels & Resorts, a growing boutique hotel brand is searching for qualified candidates for the position:

E-COMMERCE MANAGER

Purpose: To maximize business from online distribution channels and to achieve targeted levels of occupancy and average daily rate.

Responsibilities:
·         Manage rates & availability on online travel agents and maintaining rate parity in online platforms.
·         Maintaining rates and looking to increase sales through direct website channel.
·         Competitive market surveys and research.
·         Work together with Sales and Marketing teams in exploring opportunities to increase rooms sold through different channels.
·         Form revenue management strategies and implement methods to maximize revenue.
·         Forming strong relationships with Reservation department to ensure smooth reservation process for reservations from online channels.

Requirements:
·         Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position
·         Working relationships with major online travel agents
·         Competence with VHP system
·         Competency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
·         Previous experience in Sales/Reservations/Revenue Management is an added advantage

Assistant Director of Sales
