Human Resources Manager Bali

Responsible for the functions of human resources matters at our head office ( Bali ) and all around Indonesia’s stores.

Requirements :

• Male / Female
• Two ( 2 ) years’ experience in similar role, especially in retail industries.
• Bachelor degree in Law, Psychology, Human Resources Management or other relevant disciplines.
• Excellent knowledge in HR strategic & planning, payroll and tax, training & development, selection & recruitment, employee relation, performance appraisal, develop salary structure, Jamsostek, HRMS, personnel administration, employee contract and legal matters.
• Highly of committed, integrity, and accountability.
• Communicate and pleasant personality.
• Good leadership, interpersonal and communication skill.
• Fluent in English both spoken and written.
• Computer literate.
• Located in Bali
