1. Understanding with Hotel System & Hotel Management.
2. Able to create SOP + Job Description, maintain and control such implementation
3. Knowing hotel product knowledge and hotel operation needs
4. Able to creating and conducting trainings regarding quality control.
5. Experience in hotel operation and training is more considerable.
6. Good in English and computer literate.
