We are an Online Trave Agency needs 1 (one) administration
staff, with immediate placement.



 



General job Areas :



  • Providing support to Account Manager in maintaining
    the product content


-         
Hotel
information



-         
Allotment inventory



-         
Competitive rates
/ special offers



-         
Verify the accuracy
of information on our website



-         
Find /
propose new hotels/villas with proper Quality Assurance as per our standard prior
to the listing.



  • Providing support to hotels/villas with
    information, include training on how to use our extranet
  • Data input and other administrative related
    tasks;
  • To reconfirm the booking and final detail (flight,
    -up service), etc


 



Requirements:



  • Fluent English, both as speaker and writer
  • Pro-active, sense of responsibility and can
    work independently;
  • Quick and resourceful, flexible, accurate,
    strong analytical skills and an eye for detail;
  • Great face-to-face and telephone communication
    skills;
  • Team player, motivated and enjoys to work in
    e-travel and hospitality;
  • Business focused;
  • Positive attitude;
  • Tourism School or University background is a
    must.
  • Affinity/experience within e-travel and/or
    hotel/travel industry is a plus;
