AsiaRoom is looking for candidate to be assigned as Market Executive.
Duties & Responsibilities
1.       Contracting of hotels across the designated country - Indonesia
a)      Analyzing the product quality as well as the potential of the product.
b)      Contracting with Individual hotels as well as negotiations with the hotel chains.
c)       Training the hotels on using the Extranet to help them generate maximum yield.
d)      Maintaining Key Accounts (Hotel chains and stand alone hotels)

2.       Ensure the quality of the product, online availability and pricing
a)      Constant maintenance of rate parity and online availability to grow net revenue.
b)      Keeping a close eye on the trend of market and future requirements according to the events and market.
c)       Establish and maintain supplier relationships, train partner hotels on extranet and the wholesale business, review monthly production reports and provide feedback to top producing hotels.
d)      Keep a close eye on ranking of the hotels and quality of the product. Also, motivating hotels to improve the available product.
e)      Implement extranet rate and inventory revisions, ensuring suppliers understand the extranet and increase supplier usage of the extranet

3.       Would work at all times towards promoting AsiaRooms/LateRooms to all external companies and represent AsiaRooms/LateRooms when required at all Meeting, Forums etc.

4.       Perform any other role that may be required to ensure efficient performance of his/her division.
Experience and skills
a)      Previous experience in hotel industry or Travel agency will be preferred
b)      Candidate should be able to communicate well in the local language according to the market
c)       Well versed in Bahasa Indonesia and English language
d)      Excellent Negotiation skills
e)      Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
f)       Good at multi-tasking and maintaining a striking balances
