  1. Records and reconcile all money
    deposited in drop box by cashiers.
  2. Counts and verifies money in cashier
    envelopes.
  3. Prepares bank deposit slips for security
    escort service.
  4. Counts own House Bank daily and properly
    account for all disbursements made there from.
  5. Prepares daily House Bank statement.
  6. Prepares General Cashier's daily report.
  7. Issues float to cashiers as authorized,
    keeps relevant records and monitors overall float position.
  8. Prepares monthly petty cash report for
    reimbursement.
  9. Handles all foreign exchange receipts
    for banking.
  10. Maintains adequate supplies of outlet
    dockets and other stationery for cashiers.
  11. Liaises with security services as
    necessary.
  12. Maintains a record of cashier
    discrepancies for investigation and follow up.
  13. Monitors foreign exchange rates weekly
    to ensure that the hotel's rates are appropriate.
  14. Assists with distribution of month end
    reports as directed by accountant.

RESTAURANT
MANAGER



Responsibility



1.    
Ensure that services in the outlet are consistent and adhere to
established standards, with class and style. 
Revise standards, if necessary, to ensure the most appropriate service
is maintained.  Contribute to the
training of associates in quality service.



2.     Presence during designated operating hours of the outlet to
provide direct supervision and immediate assistance to his/her staff and
guests.  Ensure that adequate supervision
is provided for in his/her absence. He/she will not take day off together with
his/her immediate assistant or his outlet's Sous Chef.



3.     Ensure all staff
including casuals are properly groomed according to hotel standards at all
times.



4.     Attend to operational
problems and needs brought to attention by your outlets' staff; attend guest
complaints, inquiries and requests; answer correspondence. Communicate to AVP F
& B, EM F & B on duty for any VIP's presence, including hotel owners
and executives.



5.     Ensure that
the outlet is kept in a neat and tidy manner, and that all machinery, furniture
& fixtures are in proper working order, and are maintained in a clean and
hygienic state. A
lso ensure that operating equipment used by the outlet are sufficient to
the business level.



6.     Take full
responsibility for general store-keeping and stock control of all materials,
consumables, and sales items.



7.    
Maximize business and profitability of the
outlet through aggressive promotional activities and controlling operating
costs.



8.     Keep abreast of market
condition and competitor's activities to advise EM F & B Operations on
formulating business strategies in maximizing revenues and profitability of the
outlet. Bring in best practices from competitors or other non-competitors for
product or service enhancement



9.     Ensure appropriate staffing and productivity in the outlet by
managing human resources activities such as recruitment, induction, and
performance appraisal, coaching, counseling and disciplining, to lead a highly
motivated team of people etc.



10.  Provide frameworks and ideas for promotions and create a road map
for yearly promotions.



11. 
Participate in
pricing policy formulation when changing menu, by taking into consideration of
local requirements, market demands, competition, trends, recipes, potential
costs, availability of materials, merchandising & promotion.



12.  Encouraged to cultivate relationships with other Hotels/F&B outlets,
and join any relevant Associations or clubs that will provide market
intelligence.  Manager is encouraged to
keep in contact with competitors to be knowledgeable on new products, best
practices and service excellence.



13.  Prepare and
accountable for the accuracy of budget, reforecast and outlook of the outlet to
a +/-5%.
Ensure Manpower and Expenditure
Planning is accurate and adequate for business.



14. 
Maintain and retain an effective service
workforce by providing a pleasant work environment, teambuilding, provision of
optimal staffing level and providing appropriate training and development of
associates, in co-ordination with the Human Resources Department.



15. 
Accountable for
workplace safety in the outlet.  Enforce
workplace safety procedures are briefed at the associates' departmental
orientation to avoid accidents. Be sensitive to potential safety hazards in the
outlet and take immediate corrective actions to avoid potential accidents,
including presence of clear fire exits.



16.  Fully aware of policies and procedures for emergencies such as
Fire and First Aid.



17. 
Ensure adherence to all licensing, health and
Mandatory regulations.



18. 
Attend F & B meetings to update on current
activities and bring up issues shared by all outlets.



19. 
Perform other tasks and
duties as assigned by the supervisor from time to time if necessary

MAINTENANCE
MANAGER



Responsibility



1.     
Achieve overall
budgeted maintenance expenses and profitability while administering proper
hotel purchasing and invoice processing policies



2.     
Selectively
source reputable professional contractors at best value and complete
supervision of work performed from project start to finish



3.     
Adopt and
implement a detailed preventative maintenance plan, which is designed to
minimize if not eliminate all unplanned equipment outages



4.     
Inventory,
inspect, monitor, document and report the cost and performance of each piece of
equipment



5.     
Maintain an
inventory of requirement spare parts and supplies, as required to keep minimal
inventory, reduce back-order and delivery down-time



6.     
Undertake
emergency repairs effectively and efficiently to minimize time lost due to
unanticipated equipment outages during construction activities



7.     
Strict and
efficient control of maintenance department labour so to keep overtime reserved
for emergency situations only



8.     
Daily tracking
and administering monthly data verifications for reporting purposes, including
but not limited to government body requirements and utilities consumption and
payment



9.     
Detailed record
keeping of weekly room inspections, identified deficiencies, repairs performed,
and their entire compilation to make up room maintenance history



10.    Development and continual upkeep of hotel's
departmental procedures, systems, technology, and security manuals



11.    Deliver excellent guest service, ensure expectations
are exceeded at all times, and handle requests and maintenance queries in the
most efficient manner possible



12.    Attend and participate at daily department head
meetings clearly outlining routine tasks being performed and projects being
tended to for the day



13.    Ensure to handle a clear and understandable
communication between management, maintenance team, and also between
departments



14.    Perform any general tasks as directed by the General
Manager and Front of House management



 



 



 



Requirement



1.      Male



2.      Degree
In Engineering/College graduate



3.      Strong
in knowledge and skill in Environment Health safety and security.



4.      2
years previous hotel experience in
Maintenance
Managerial position.



5.      Excellent
technical, analytical and numerical skills



6.      Quality
control and Project management experience



7.      Must
be able to speak, read, write and understand English.

IT
ASSISTANT



Responsibility



·        
Assist  with  network  and
 security  management, data  storage  architecture  



·        
Assist with procurement and implementation of new
servers, technology, etc.  



·        
Assist  with  systems  development
 



·        
Provide user level technical support for end users,
computers, printers, etc.



·        
Provide  user  level  training  on
 daily  applications  used,  including,  but  not
 limited to: MS  Word,  MS  Excel,  MS  Outlook,
 MS  Publisher,  Adobe  Acrobat,  and  other
basic computer  related  skills.



·        
Assist with end user system updates and monitoring.
 Including; Patch management,  spyware  removal  and  testing,  virus
 checking,  ensuring  backup  of data  files,
 etc.



·        
Assist with user management. (Adding and deleting
users from AD, working with emails, etc.)



·        
Monitor  printers,  copiers,  and
 fax  machines  to  make  sure  they  are

Requirement

Experience  with  MS  Office
 products

 various  networking  systems  concepts  including
 email, firewall, client servers,  network security,  network
 protocols,  etc



·        
Previous experience with computer and printer
maintenance and repair.

Work independently and assist with multiple projects,

Work under pressure with interruptions and challenging
deadlines.
