Customer Service Manager
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
- Working on standby 24 hours, perform Weekly & Monthly report LCSC checking from CSR.
- Responsible for weekly or monthly Asia Pasific callog report, project update record, KPI regional report, Customer Visit Report, and QA report
- Make schedule for Call center working hour
- Training new employee & OJT and Trimester Training engineer
- Handle for customer presentation and prepare the ppt.
- Responsible for Call Center KPI monitoring, SLA monitoring, and Agent monitoring. Do Coaching for call center representative.
- Rights activation for ensupport and follow up the engineer for troubleshooting
- Make coordination with related department regarding callog
- Check on update customer Information from CSR
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum of Bachelor Degree in any major related
- Working experience: Minimum of 3 year experience in customer service working.
- Proficiency in English is a must, and literate in basic computer skill, Mandarin language will be an advantages.
- Female or Male with strong leadership skill, independent, excellent motivation skills, excellent problem solving, analytical and management skills, excellent teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills, and customer service orientation.
- Good knowledge in communication system and customer service training.
