Position: Senior HR Manager
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 6-8 yrs with an MBA in HR
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Provide Strategic and Operational HR Business Partner support.
- Develop an HR Business Partner Culture

- Perform Salary benchmarking and benefits review based on market data to understand if we pay correctly and are competitive
- Talent Development & Management
- Ensure strategy and processes in the Indian region are consistent
- Manage the Learning and Development budget for the Indian office which has a small team of 100 employees.
- Training and Development plan
- To lead, manage and deliver impeccable process administration across the Indian region.
- Working closely with the HR Manager in London and with the Senior HR Director based in New York on the global HR agenda
- Provide advice, coaching, guidance, support, skills and tools to the Management group to enable them to effectively manage and develop their teams

SKILLS REQUIRED

- 6+ years of experience in HR as a generalist
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills ability to flex style
- Business Acumen and Maturity of thought process
- Strong project management capability
- Strong team player and ability to handle senior management.
- Experience of SAP is desirable
- Experience working with a US and matrix Organization /Global exposure is a mandate
- Ideally experience of working in a Media or Internet Business or IT
