Room Division Manager

Karma Kandara is currently searching for an enthusiastic and highly motivated person for our Rooms Division.

The successful man or women will be:

* 5 star experience, ideally with villa-style properties.
* Strong Housekeeping and Front Office Experience.
* Candidate could be a very strong FOM looking to advance their career and have superior qualifications.
* Strong leadership and take full ownership of the Room Division Department overseeing Front Office, Housekeeping and Engineering
* Educated to Degree level
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Proficiency in written and spoken English as well as computer literate
* High motivation, be energetic and have an outgoing personality
* Able and willing to work in a team and well as having the ability to develop and lead a successful and motivated team
