Spa Manager

Karma Resorts are currently looking to employ a dynamic and highly motivated Manager for the Karma Spa

Candidates we are looking for fulfill the following criteria

* Excellent communication and rapport building skills
* Great people skills
* High level English language skills both spoken and written
* Flexible and able to manager change while remaining grounded and stable
* Manages staff by empowering them to take risks and increase their skills
* Confident and self-motivated
* High level business and finance skills
* 5 Years experience in the Spa/health and/or 5 star resort industry
