* You will be the first point of contact for arriving guests
* Guest relations experience
* Organizing guest requests and tour arrangements in/out of Villa.
* Provide administrative support to Villa coordinator & team.
* Reporting and planning for villa owner’s reports.
* Preparing for Guest arrivals and departures
* Outgoing and confident personality
You must have 1-2 years admin experience, ideally from 4-5 star Hotel environments, love being a team player and know how to handle guest request and complaints.
Professional / Friendly presentation is essential together with good organizational skills.
A competitive remuneration package based on experience and qualifications.

• Fluent in English, both oral and written
• Computer literate
• Age between 25-35 years
• Prefer residence in nusa dua area
