Food & Beverage Supervisor
BALIEPICURE Villa Luxury Services is the first company in Bali to offer full range of luxury services for villas. We are looking for a dynamic and energetic individual to join our exuberant and dedicated Food and Beverage Team as Food & Beverage Supervisor.
For this position you must be well presented, enthusiastic with a natural ability to converse on all levels. This is a full time position.
The successful applicant will have the below responsibilities:
· Supervision of daily operation of the Service department
· Supervising and organization of staff
· Training and development of staff
The successful candidate will need to have:
· Supervisory/Management experience -Minimum 1 year
· Experienced in Food and Beverage -Minimum 4 years
. Team leadership skills
· The ability to fit it to a successful team
· Effective supervisory skills
· A strong focus on customer service and customer satisfaction
· An exceptional eye for detail
This position offers the opportunity to develop in the offered role as well as the potential to advance at BALIEPICURE’S project in Bali
