Ø Creating strategy and business action plan for E-Commerce
Ø E-Commerce update on daily basis at hotel CRS and Online Travel Agents extranet / back end system
Ø Handling matters related to Online Travel Agents / extranet accounts locally and internationally
Ø Maintaining and acquiring new portal / OTA accounts
Ø Competitors internet pricing update
Ø Handling all FIT Direct booking request and Online bookings to liaise with Reservation
Ø Handling all the room allotment request and record of Karma Resorts
