Karma Resorts is currently searching for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individuals to be part of our team as IT Support

Requirements:
· Possess minimum a Bachelor Degree majoring in Computer Science
· Minimum of 1 year experience in IT Field within hotel operations
· Has training capabilities for troubleshooting and support regarding IT related matters, in order to ensure the transfer of IT knowledge to all users.
· Good customer support skills
· Fluent in English.
· Good knowledge in LAN, Security, wireless, IP Telephony (PABX), and hospitality solutions and software.
· System and database administration
· Good analytical abilities.
