Well established and growing Villa Management Company is hiring now Human Resource Manager .

With following requirements :

• Female, 28 – 38 years
• min 3 years experience in HR management in the hospitality field.
• Degree in HRM /Law ,
• Confident with good communication skills Fluent in English,
• Good attitude, able to work under pressure and deadlines,
• Have excellent communication skill
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, procedures, systems
• Solid understanding of Indonesian regulations in the HR area
• Strong supervisory, coaching skill and interpersonal skill Responsibility:
• Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems
• Recruit Villa and office staff. Create and implement training programs and house rules .
• Advise management on organizational policy matters such as equal employment opportunity and recommend needed changes.
• Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations.
• Administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems, and safety and recreation programs
