ICT Online Marketing Specialist, code OMS

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Sound knowledge of search engine optimization strategy.
Sound knowledge of search engine friendly website design and construction in terms of content, functionality, and design.
Hand on experience in search engine positioning exercise i.e. submission, re-submission, link trading, graphic generation, etc.
Hand on experience in social media, press release, email blast, adwords and other online media marketing and campaign , etc.
Wide knowledge of available tools to support SEO, i.e. doorway pages generator, link manager, etc.

ICT Supervisor (Technical Support Coordinator), code : TSC

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Have middle managerial skill (Having skill to lead and mentor junior staff members)
Able to learn fast and working on pre-opening project
Hands on experience in PC networking including but not limited to hardware, cabling, installation, and network management.
Hands on experience in PC hardware architecture, parts, assembly, and troubleshooting.
Hands on experience in operating system of Windows family (especially Windows XP, windows 7 and Windows Server 2003/2008) and common used application software such as email client and internet browser.
Hands on experience in PC operation including but not limited to device management, driver installation, anti-virus, firewall, and spam control.
Hands on experience in Mail Server (especially Microsoft Exchange) will be advantage
Hands on experience in administering collaborations system (especially Microsoft Sharepoint 2010 or DNN portal) will be advantage
Knowledge in wireless (radio) internet routing will be advantage
Experience working in IT Infrastructure project related field will be advantage
Having at least 2 year in Technical Support / IT Support experience



ICT System/Network Engineer, code : SNE

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Hands on experience in Mail Server (especially Microsoft Exchange)
Hands on experience in administering collaborations system (especially Microsoft Sharepoint 2010 or DNN portal)
Knowledge in wireless (radio) internet routing
Experience working in IT Infrastructure project related field will be advantage
Hands on experience on Design, implement, troubleshoot, and maintain network infrastructure for LAN/WAN environments
Hands on experience to generate and maintain documentation of the network infrastructure
Able to working with other Network Support staff, Helpdesk, and Security to resolve issues
Having skill to lead and mentor junior staff members
Able to supports administration of servers and server clusters.
Having experience with system back-up and restore protocol.
Having experience with create plans and supports network and computing infrastructure.
Having experience to perform troubleshooting analysis of servers, workstations and associated systems.
Having experience for preparing documents network problems and resolution for future reference.
Strong analytical abilities and professional office experience needed.
English fluent (writing and oral)
Having at least 2 year in Network Support position will be advantage
