Requirements :
• Tourism Academy or university
• Minimum 4 years at same position or operational manager in a villa complex or as department head at 4 or 5 star hotel
• Good personality
• Male or Female, Maximum 40 years old
• Fluent English both spoken and written
• Strong leadership, Dynamic, highly motivated, and strong interpersonal skill
• Sensitive to deadline, Excellent managerial skill
• Innovative, Self motivated,
• Willing to work long hours/loyal, Ready to work under pressure
• Able to work as team and as individual
