We are a small dive resort at Bunaken Island North Sulawesi, Manado. Looking a candidate for Operational Manager with the conditions :
1. Have knowledge how to run a small resort with buffet restaurant as well in all aspect.
2. Have strong leadership to handle staff.
3. Set up system, action plan, product development.
4. Can manage training for staff.
5. Energic, well groom, smart, honest, think & action fast, can work underpressure, good looking, honest, good communication, pleasent.
6. Willing to stay at Bunaken Island.
General Requirement :
Male/Female, min 35 year of age and above, min 2 years experience at the same position from hotel, hospitality education background, speak English is a must, French is preferable.
