Sheraton Surabaya Hotel & Towers is seeking candidates for:

General Notes   
• Indonesian – Male/Female
• Reports to the Director of Sales & Marketing
• Work closely with Director of Food & Beverage for all Food & Beverage/Banquet Operation related matters
• Work closely with Finance and IT for all accounting and system related matters
• Will work closely with the Banquet Operation Manager

Essential requirements
• Good Leadership Skill
• Methodical and organised
• Objective & customer oriented
• Capable of creating new products tailor-made to various market segment
• Must have past experience in a 5 star hotel
• Diversified experiences in Food & Beverage department
• Fully responsible of Catering & Catering profit & loss statement
• Enjoys customer contact
• Excellent follow up / follow through
• Flexible working hours and days
• Excellent communication skills both speaking & writing
• Computer literate
• Good Delphi knowledge, should be able to monitor and train associates for the same
• Should have experience to handle big wedding market

Would be a +
• Previous work in a 5 star hotel
• Previous work in Starwood properties
• Chinese Mandarin Speaking
