 Possess good problem-solving skills, analytical, meticulous and service oriented with the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines

 Familiar with Opera or other hotel computer system
 Effective computer skills, knowledge of accounting programs and budget analysis
 Has good knowledge of Laundry Operations

ASSISTANT / BEVERAGE MANAGER
- Minimum Diploma III or Bachelor Degree in Hotel & Tourism Management
- 2 (two) years experience in a similar position
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Must be able to speak, read and write in English
- Proven Leadership skills
- Well versed in Service standards and Food & Beverage trends
- Certified Train the Trainer
- Strong background in Bar operations & inventory
- A proven success in revenue development
