Position: Senior Manager / Manager –HR (Generalist Role)
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 4-7 yrs with an MBA in HR (Good Institute)
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
Employee Engagement:
• To roll out activities such as outbound tours, contests etc. To Organise sports, festival functions and various events aimed to enhance the sense of bonding and oneness amongst the employees
• Involvement in designing and implementation of awards like quarterly & annual awards. Training managers on importance of using rewards as an engagement and motivational tool.
Compensation and Benefits
• To perform salary benchmarking and benefits review based on market data to understand if we pay correctly and are competitive.
• Managing the design and development of tools, to assist employees in benefits selection, and to guide managers through compensation decisions.
Manpower Planning:
• Evaluating Staffing levels and planning for expansion within departments.
Performance Management, Learning & Development:
• To organize employee performance review, executing Performance Enhancement Programs, carrying out competency mapping and career development, identifying poor-performers and creating action plans for performance improvement.
Training & Development:
• Identifying training needs and preparation of training modules, calendar and schedules
Budgeting & organizing customized training programmes based on the training need analysis to enhance manpower skills & efficiency. –
• To lead, manage and deliver impeccable process administration across the Indian region.
Provide advice, coaching, guidance, support, skills and tools to the Management group to enable them to effectively manage and develop their teams
