Assistant Restaurant Manager
Responsibilities :
- Hands by hands with Restaurant Manager manage dining room area
- Planning appropriate menus
- Hiring, training and managing restaurant staff
- Monitor health and safety standards
- Stock management
- Maintaining restaurant standards
- Maintaining relations with suppliers and customers
- Managing shifts
- Managing food quality and service
- Client satisfaction
- Co-ordination between kitchen and dining area
- Organizing marketing activities
Requirements:
- Candidates should have 5 years relevant previous exp. in international hotel/restaurant.
- Good Command of English both written and verbal.
- Highly motivated, energetic and good personality.
- Can joint immediately.
- Based in Bali.
