· Male or Female
· Max 35 years old (1), 30 years old (2)
· Self Motivated, Hard working, Team player, willing to work under pressure and Honest
· Minimum 1 years of experience in same position
· Ability to lead kitchen according to the highest standards
· Good leadership, trusted and self motivated
· Strong training, motivational and communication skills
· Excellent in inventory/food cost control, able to manage food cost and use computer
· Good in food safety, hygiene & sanitation
· Speak & Write English Fluently.
· Able to join immediately a plus.
