PRODUCT MANAGER INDONESIA
Requirements:
- Have experience in a(n) (assistant) management position in hotel or tourism industry for a period of minimum 3 years;
- College or University degree (preferably in hospitality or tourism but not a must);
- Fluent in English and Indonesian speaking and writing;
- Proven knowledge of Eastern and Western cultures;
- Proven experience in contracting will also be an advantage.
A successful candidate will be:
- Creative, out-of-the-box thinker, flexible and solution minded; not a 9 to 5 mentality;
- prepared to travel regularly;
- able to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
- is accurate, independent and commercial.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Member of management team;
- Manage the product team;
- Responsible the development of products within PMC
- Responsible to create product plans for our customers and advise them of current and new or potential products;
- Maintain relationships with existing suppliers and new suppliers;
- Assure quality of existing products and seek improvement;
- Improve product knowledge of the team;
- Monitor and analyze sales and market developments;
