Job Specification
• Minimum 2 years experience in the department required and related work experience in the hospitality or service industry would be an added advantage
• To perform and fulfill high standard of service based on their job roles
• The ability to drive change and look for operational efficiencies/synergies across the network
• Excellent relationship building skills and able to handle multi ownership environment
• Great team player and team builder

• Has a good communication and English skill
• Has high commitment on the job, able to adapt with new environment and accept challenges
• Responsible for the operations of the hotel to achieve customer (guests, employees,
