1. Staff Administration for Human Resources & Accounting ( 1 position )
With qualifications :
- Female, 23 – 30 years old
- Fresh graduate are welcome
- Well groomed and appearance
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Good communication & interpersonal skill
- Has good administration skill and computer literate (Excel, Word & Microsoft Outlook)
- Honest, good personality, highly motivated, willing to learn & great team player
- Able to join immediately
2. Reception ( 1 position )
With qualifications :
- Female
- Fresh graduate are welcome
- Well groomed and appearance
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Good communication & interpersonal skill
- good administrational & computer skills
3. Executive Chef (1 position)
With qualifications :
- Able to manage 2 kitchens onboard traditional pinisi boats
- Able to design and create menus with a strong feel for Indonesian tradition but open to a Western pallet
- Able to implement menus and train the cooks onboard
- Work strong together with purchasing to create efficient purchasing and inventory control
- Willing to spend time on both boats
- Able to control and create Hygiene programs up to HACCP norms
- Good communication, interpersonal and management skill
