1. DUTY MANAGER
• Male, Age 27 – 35 years old
• Minimun Diploma III Tourism & Hotel Academy, preferably in Hotel Management
• Proficient in English both oral and written
• Possess leadership and coaching skills.
• At least 1 year working experience as Tenant Relation Supervisor or similar position
2. TENANT RELATION OFFICER
• Male / Female, Single, Age max 28 yrs
• Minimum Diploma III from Hotel Academy
• Able to work in shifting schedule
• Good command of speaking and written English
• Able to speak Japanese is a plus point
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
3. FINANCE STAFF
• Female
• S-1 degree majoring in Accounting
• Able to make financial report and cash flow
• The candidate should have at least 2 years of working experience in similar position
4. ENGINEERING SUPERVISOR
• Having skills in mechanical / A/C / Telecommunication / PABX / Audio Visual
• Experience in relevant field for at least 3 years in hotel / serviced apartment
• Min. Diploma in Engineering
• Able to work in flexible hours
