A large Multinational Telecom Company is looking for the following:

Title – Circle Credit & Collection Head 

Reporting to – Head Finance Function - Finance

Position Summary:

To manage and drive the Circle post paid collections of the CNC Function with close Co-ordination with: Inter-departmental in-charges at Zones & various functional verticals. Credit, dunning team, Customer service, S&M, Bill Logistic, Commercials, Finance, T& Q, hr & Admin etc. in order to attain Collection performance as per agreed targets, ensuring low forward flow, with lower bad debt and acting as a catalyst for the revenue growth by ensuring timely collections, right credit, proper segmentation, whilst complying with agreed National Credit policy guidelines as also with all regulatory norms.

Key Accountabilities:

The position is a senior leadership position in the organization and the incumbent would be responsible for all Credit & Collection operations/processes in the Circle. The role holder would set goals and targets for the Circle Collection Heads, Credit Head, T&Q Heads, in consultation with the Head Finance, and will monitor the performance of the Circle team/Branch on a regular basis. 

Some of the key functions are:

•Credit Risk Management
•Collections Management
•Leadership & Team Work; Self Development & People Development (Agencies)
•Innovation and change projects and new initiatives.
•Knowledge, Experience of field collection process and operations; 
•Responsible for all collection related communication in the circle.

Candidate Pre-requisites

Qualification: Post Graduate/ CA/ MBA

Technical Skills: Tele-com, Banking/Finance experience in Collections/Customer service vertical /accounting knowledge.

Experience: 12 years plus of which at least 4-6 years should be as a Regional collection for a geography in a reputed organization. Strong analytical & conceptual skills in revenue scenario planning. A systemic orientation to implementation of Collection processes. Must have the ability to manage the cross levels of interaction with management, both internally and externally. Knowledge in Credit, Collections Service is essential.
