To organise day to Day Running of Barbacoa Kitchen
and a team of 15 staff Members



 



Daily Duties Include

Cooking and Preparation



·     
Menu Development



·     
Maintaining Mexicano High
standards



·     
Stock take Ordering and
Rostering



·     
Hygiene Control and Grooming
standards of staff



·     
Staff Management 15 staff
Members and Training





·     
Successful Daily running of a
Professional kitchen



·     
Ability to Run Kitchen without
the aid of Head Chef



·     
Discipline Underperforming
staff



·     
Provide Incentives



·     
Administritive duties



·     
Delegating tasks to a Large
group of staff



·     
Problem solving



·     
Meet food cost Targets
regularly



·     
Assist FB Manager with Training



·     
Working under pressure



·     
Assisting work practices for
Kitchen stewards

The candidate must posses all the above
skills and would have previously worked in a similar position for a minimum of
3 years.




















Have
good oral and written English language
