Jobs Descriptions


  1. Coordinates employee scheduling and
    personnel utilization insuring budgetary' goals are met.
  2. Assists in selection and evaluation of
    performance of personnel.
  3. Reviews employee problems and
    disciplinary actions that are referred from the supervisor.
  4. Assists the Food & Beverage Manager
    in the administration of all areas of the operation.
  5. Coordinates employee hiring, training,
    and orientation programs.
  6. Assists in menu and recipe planning and
    development.
  7. To be responsible for the establishment's
    cleanliness and sanitation. Prepares for inspection.
  8. Following established policies,
    coordinates the food and supplies acquisition, and receiving process.
  9. Oversees the proper use of food and
    supplies to meet budgetary guidelines.
  10. Performs special studies as assigned
    including preparation of written and/or verbal reports.
  11. In the absence of the Food &
    Beverage Manager, assumes all responsibilities, duties and authority of
    the director.
  12. Insures compliance with all regulatory
    standards.
