Jobs Descriptions :
- Coordinates employee scheduling and
personnel utilization insuring budgetary' goals are met. - Assists in selection and evaluation of
performance of personnel. - Reviews employee problems and
disciplinary actions that are referred from the supervisor. - Assists the Food & Beverage Manager
in the administration of all areas of the operation. - Coordinates employee hiring, training,
and orientation programs. - Assists in menu and recipe planning and
development. - To be responsible for the establishment's
cleanliness and sanitation. Prepares for inspection. - Following established policies,
coordinates the food and supplies acquisition, and receiving process. - Oversees the proper use of food and
supplies to meet budgetary guidelines. - Performs special studies as assigned
including preparation of written and/or verbal reports. - In the absence of the Food &
Beverage Manager, assumes all responsibilities, duties and authority of
the director. - Insures compliance with all regulatory
standards.
