General qualifications :
     a. Graduated from Hotel/Tourism Institute.
     b. Minimum 2 years exp. in similar position.
     c. Target/revenue oriented.
     d. Good strategically thinking, good communication skill, good attitude, good personal/interpersonal skill.
     e. Drive Car with driving license A ( 1 ).
     f. Has good network and active relation with prospective wedding/on/off line travel agent, domestic/overseas, retailer/wholesaler ( 1,2 ).
     g. Highly motivated, honest, initiative, open minded and strong leadership.
     h.  Pre-opening exp. will be advanced.
