DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Supervise continuous 7 day/week, 24 hour front office operation, night audit and housekeeping operations and assigned staff, including hiring, training, evaluating performance and scheduling work.
2. Monitor all front office financial operations, including group billing, verifying rates/discounts, daily sales reconciliation, petty cash and room inventory controls.
3. Ensuring high levels of guest service standards to achieve customer satisfaction and return business
4. Formulate budgets and prepare monthly revenue/expense forecasts.
5. Maintain customer service/satisfaction standards, handle customer service issues
6. Perform daily room and property inspections.
7. Perform other related duties, as assigned.
8. Spot checking of Guest rooms and public areas to ensure standards are maintained
9. Ensure correct staffing levels during peak and low occupancies
10. Authorize all leave schedules
11. Develop and monitor departmental budgets.
12. Ensure uniforms, linen and toweling and all relevant operating equipment is controlled and sufficient for our needs.
13. Supervise and ensure completion of all duties of Housekeeping staff.
14. Prepare work schedules for Housekeeping and Front desk staff bi-weekly basis,
15. Ensure strong communications between all departments.
