2. Operation manager 

- Min. 2 years experience in villa operation
- Able to manage daily operation
- Smart, honest,  Enthusiastic, highly responsible and active are required
- Able to solve complaint or any operation problem
- Good leadership and discipline
- Able to work under pressure and limited time
- Fluent English
