1. Good in inter personal and administration skills
2. Strong in MEP System ( Genset, Chiller,Electrical distribution, Pumps and fire life safety equipment )
3. Able to manage and lead the teams to achieve Departement's goal
4. Good command in english both written and verbal
5. Mature, able to adapt with the existing teams
6. Hands on and team player person
