Requirements:
- Favorable Indonesian or foreign candidates have a relevant degree in hospitality management or hotel & catering.
- Gained previous experience in various roles as hotel and/or restaurant service staff, worked in kitchen and/or behind bar.
- Commercial awareness. Has a feeling for (local) market trends, anticipates on these trends, has the ability to bring creative and commercially viable new ideas to the place.
- Strong communication, leadership and customer service skills with other customers & staff.
- Good understanding of organizational, planning and problem solving matters.
- Ambitious & flexible nature
- Preferably residing on the east side of Bali
