The Kuta Beach Heritage Hotel urgently require candidates to fill these positions as below:

1. Duty Manager
General Requirements:

  • Looking for an individual with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Possesses managerial & leadership skills
  • An Individual who could delivering friendly, efficient customer service and to  create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all of our guests
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to the team in order to improve operative efficiency in the front office
  • Experience in the same position for minimum 1 (one) year
  • Accor Hotels experience will be an added advantage
  • Familiar with Opera is preferable


2. Housekeeping Supervisor

General Requirements:

  • Minimum 1- 2 years of experience in the same position (Hotelier)
  • Possesses Managerial & Leadership skills
  • Fluent in English both oral and written
  • Good team work, result oriented and communication skill
  • Hard worker and able to work under pressure
  • Well knowledge in chemical handling and application
  • Have experience at 5-star hotel will be preferred



3. Reservation Agent

General Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the same position (Hotelier)
  • Passionate and proffessional attitude is a must
  • Active English, spoken & written
  • Accor Hotels experience will be an added advantage


4. Guest Relation Officer

General Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the same position (Hotelier)
  • Passionate and proffessional attitude is a must
  • Active English, spoken & written
  • Guest Oriented Person
  • Familiar using Opera will be preferred
  • Accor Hotels experience will be an added advantage


5. Commis Pastry
General Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the same position (Hotelier)
  • Passionate and proffessional attitude is a must
  • Active English, spoken & written
  • HACCP knowledge
  • Accor Hotels experience will be an added advantage


6. Account Receivable Staff

General Requirements :

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the same position (Hotelier)
  • Passionate and proffessional attitude is a must
  • Active English, spoken & written
  • Familiar with Opera, Sun systems and Fidelio preferable
  • Accor Hotels experience will be an added advantage


7. Concierge

General Requirements :

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the same position (Hotelier)
  • Passionate and proffessional attitude is a must
  • Active English, spoken & written
  • Guest Oriented Person
  • Familiar using Opera will be preferred
  • Have driving license class A
