Qualification :
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in 5 star hotels, restaurants or reputable
catering establishment.
Passionate and up to date with food trends
Experience in Japanese cuisine an advantage
Creative and able to maintain the high standard of food quality and hygiene
Preparing and managing small buffet banquets for 20 to 120 guest
Good people management and communication skills
Indonesian nationals only need apply
2. ASST. CHIEF ENGINEER
Qualification :
Strong in mechanical and electrical
Young and dynamic
Minimum 2 years experience at same position
Good command of English both written and oral
Proven track record
Capable team leader
Flexible and hard worker
Self-motivated and detail oriented
3. SENIOR WAITER/BARTENDER
Qualification :
Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in 5 star hotels, restaurants or reputable
catering establishments
Passionate and customer driven
banqueting experience an advantage
Good people skills
Good wine knowledge & mixing skills
