1. SOUS CHEF / SENIOR CHEF de PARTIE
Qualification :
 Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in 5 star hotels, restaurants or reputable
catering establishment.
 Passionate and up to date with food trends
 Experience in Japanese cuisine an advantage
 Creative and able to maintain the high standard of food quality and hygiene
 Preparing and managing small buffet banquets for 20 to 120 guest
 Good people management and communication skills
 Indonesian nationals only need apply
2. ASST. CHIEF ENGINEER
Qualification :
 Strong in mechanical and electrical
 Young and dynamic
 Minimum 2 years experience at same position
 Good command of English both written and oral
 Proven track record
 Capable team leader
 Flexible and hard worker
 Self-motivated and detail oriented
3. SENIOR WAITER/BARTENDER
Qualification :
 Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in 5 star hotels, restaurants or reputable
catering establishments
 Passionate and customer driven
 banqueting experience an advantage
 Good people skills
 Good wine knowledge & mixing skills
