Responsible to support Executive Chef on daily kitchen operational.
Requirement:
* Tourism or Hotel School qualification is an advantage
* 2 years experience at same position also welcome experienced Chef de Partie who is willing to move to the next level.
* Good knowledge in Asian and Western cuisine.
* 25 - 35 years Indonesian citizen
* Attention to detail, able to develop as well as maintain high work standards
* Flexible, patient and pro-active approach to work
* Willingness to work in a remote location and traveling on single status
Starting date is A.S.A.P
