Looking for FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER at Le Dian Hotel Serang

Le Dian Hotel is located in the heart of Serang, the Capital City of Banten, 1.5 hours drive to the west side of Jakarta. The only 4 star international business hotel in Serang city with complete ranges of leisure facilities and now is looking for:

FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER
to handle both FB Product and Services with 2 Restaurants and Room Service, 1 Lobby Lounge, a ballroom cater up to 500 pax and 10 meeting rooms, 1 Music Room, 3 Karaoke Deluxe Rooms.

The candidate should have the following requirement:
· Willing to reside in Serang, Banten,
· Has experience min of 2 years in similar position preferably in hotel industry,
· Possesses strong leadership and develop team to ensure that your team delivers quality services, both in the production and service at all points of sale in the hotel,
· Has capability in training/facilitating people with good communication & analytical skill,
· Effective leadership of all department members with good listener, dynamic and well organized capability,
· Motivate and create a team spirit in all sections of the Food and Beverage.
· Ensure that the profitability of your department is consistent through innovative marketing
· Able to manage expenses within budget constraints to enhance profitability
