Wa are looking to engage an experienced and motivated F&B Manager to be in charge of our Kelapa Karma restaurant as well as overseeing all aspects of the F&B Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a quality F&B service in all service shifts as well as maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction.

• Minimum of 2 years experience in the same positio
• Ability to lead, direct and motivate a team to achieve our F&B goals
• Experience training & retraining staff in all F&B roles
• Excellent customer service
• Thorough understanding of what Western clients expect
• Experience and exposure in Western Restaurants and/or Hotels
• Good English essential

• Experience reviewing F&B expenses/cost control, supervising and conducting stock controls, performing purchasing orders as well as costings
