Pastry Chef
Qualifications:

  • Good knowledge and skill on bakery, pasty and chocolate
  • Preferably having western style for the products
  • At least 3 year-experience as Pastry Chef in 5-star International Hotel
  • Result and business oriented
  • Passionate to develop team members
  • Innovative in creating new products following the current trend

Sous Chef
Qualifications:

  • Good knowledge and skill on Western and Indonesian cuisine
  • At least 1 year-experience as Sous Chef
  • Result and business oriented
  • Passionate to develop team members
  • Innovative in creating new products following the current trend
