• Minimum Bachelor degree in Marketing Communications with a minimum of at least 3 years experience in Assistant Marketing Communication Manager’s position, will also be considered.

• Minimum Diploma III in F&B Management or Degree in Hotel & Tourism Management
• Four (4) years as Assistant / Food & Beverage Manager with Restaurant and Bar Management progression.
• Good communication skills both verbal and written
• Must be able to speak, read and write in English
• Job stability in career movement
• Track record in training through high ratings for customer service
• A proven success in F&B marketing and revenue development
• A proven success in F&B cost control
• Willingness to develop career with HPL Hotels & Resorts
• Effective computer skills, knowledge of accounting programs and budget preparation and report writing

RESTAURANT MANAGER
• Minimum Diploma III in F&B Management or Degree in Hotel & Tourism Management
• Four (4) years as Assistant Manager with Restaurant and Bar Management progression.

• Must be able to speak, read and write in English

ASST. HOUSEKEEPING MANAGER
• Minimum Diploma III or Bachelor Degree in Hotel & Tourism Management
• Two (2) years experience in a similar position in a 4/5 Star Hotel
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Must be able to speak, read and write in English
• Proven Leadership skills
• Certified Train the Trainer
• Familiar with Fidelio or other hotel computer systems
• Effective computer skills
• Willingness to develop career with HPL Hotels & Resorts

FEMALE BAR SERVER (DAILY WORKER)
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Must be able to speak, read and write in English
• Hotel practical experience preferably in Food & Beverage Service
