Mozaic Restaurant Gastronomique, located in Ubud - Bali urgently looking for qualified professionals who are passionate about cooking and who are looking for a career opportunity for the following positions:

 1. Sous Chef
 2. Chef De Partie

Qualifications:
·         Male or Female
·         Max 35 years old (1), 30 years old (2)
·         Fine dining and French cuisine
·         Self Motivated, Hard working, Team player, willing to work under pressure and Honest
·         Minimum 3 years of experience in same position (1)
·         Ability to lead kitchen according to the highest standards (1)
·         Good leadership, trusted and self motivated (1)
·         Strong training, motivational and communication skills (1)
·         Excellent in inventory/food cost control, able to manage food cost and use computer (1)
·         Good in food safety, hygiene & sanitation (1)
·         Minimum 1 years of experience in same position (2)
·         Speak & Write English Fluently.
·         Able to join immediately a plus.
