SKILLS REQUIRED:
- High level of English communication skills and Spanish language is an advantage.

KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED :
- Has excellent knowledge of handling complaint.
- Has excellent knowledge of Food & Service Operations and administrations.
- Well knowledge in F&B Operational budget and cost.
- Good knowledge in FB Marketing.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :
3 ( three ) years in Food & Beverage Operation Management position at five star hotel. Or
minimum one year at the same position at large hotel or international chains hotel
* Has min 2 years experience in handling MICE and Banquet.
