- Teaches and enforces all existing and new policies and
procedures - Maintains proper staffing in all Front Office areas.
- Constantly seek new ways to increase room revenue and
occupancy. - Hires and terminates employees properly.
- Trains and develops all Front Office personnel.
- Completes all appraisal forms accurately and on time.
- Constantly monitors Front Office communications,
morale, and motivation. - Monitors appearance of guest contact employee.
- Conducts monthly departmental meetings, bi-weekly
supervisor meetings and monthly individual rap sessions. - Fully develops hourly employee personnel for promotion.
- Supervises delegated responsibilities and follow up.
- Maintains all equipment and keep complete supplies
inventory. - Maintains an active posture in total property
operations. - Closely monitors inter-departmental communications.
- Takes an active part in property budgeting process and
subsequent quarterly projections.
