EXECUTIVE CHEF
1. Male / Female, min.5 year experience as an Executive Chef in four to five star Chain Hotel
2. Min D 3 in Food Production Management or other related culinary degree with five or more years of industry and culinary management experience.
3. Previous experience with food and labor cost control, menu development and pricing and development of culinary team preferred
4. Must have high creativity in creating new menu combining and high attention to the detail of food presentation and food hygienic.
5. Must have strong managerial and leadership skills, communicative and able to conduct training
6. Fluent in English and computer literate
7. Willing to be placed in KUTA, BALI
SOUS CHEF
